On 14th and 15th July 2026, researchers and industry experts gathered at TU Dortmund University for the Dortmund 6G Security, Privacy, and Resilience Workshop, organized by Prof. Onur Günlü from TU Dortmund within the EU COST Action 6G-PHYSEC.
The workshop provided a valuable platform for discussing the latest advances in secure, privacy-preserving, and resilient 6G technologies, covering topics such as physical layer security, integrated sensing and communications (ISAC), intelligent wireless systems, and future communication networks.
Prof. Christian Wietfeld provided insights into recent 6GEM+ research results in the invited talk: “End-to-End Network Co-Design for Resilient Networked Robotics Control” .
As part of the event, participants also explored the 6GEM+ Transfer Hub demos provided by ComNets, showcasing innovative technologies and practical demonstrations that help bridge cutting-edge research with real-world 6G applications:
- Multi-Link Proactive Low-Latency Video Streaming for Teleoperation in Fading Channels: Air Hockey and VR control
- AI-supported and Value-optimized Wireless Networks for the Digitalized Industry
- 6G-NODROP: Achieving significant capacity gains in 6G and beyond by fixing the TUN interface in the Linux Kernel
O-RACES: Proactive AI-driven Scheduling for 6G-Networked Humanoid Robots
